1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 66bed ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the website available at 66bed.app and all associated services, including but not limited to casino games, sports betting, live dealer tables, crash games, and payment processing features.

4.4 Currency and Conversion

66bed displays balances in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT) for local payment method users. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to BDT equivalent at the prevailing market exchange rate at the time of deposit, as determined by 66bed's approved pricing feed. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are converted from BDT at the prevailing rate at the time of the withdrawal request. 66bed is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations that occur between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.3 Bonus Expiry

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 66bed platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, forfeiture of balance, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to access your account.

8. Account Closure & Termination

8.1 Closure by the Player

You may request closure of your 66bed account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days. Any remaining real-money balance (excluding active bonus funds) at the time of closure will be returned to you via your most recently used verified withdrawal method, subject to the standard KYC verification requirements and any outstanding wagering obligations being satisfied first.

8.2 Closure or Suspension by 66bed

66bed reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; provision of false registration information; suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or any other conduct that 66bed determines to be harmful to the platform, its users, or its operational integrity.

In cases of account closure initiated by 66bed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where 66bed closes an account for reasons unrelated to player misconduct (for example, withdrawal from a market), any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player.

8.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel they need to take a break from gambling can request a self-exclusion period of one (1) month, three (3) months, six (6) months, or permanent exclusion. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. 66bed reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts as stated in the fee schedule published on the platform. Players will be notified via email prior to the application of any dormancy fee. The dormancy fee will not reduce an account balance below zero.

8.5 Governing Law
